JAWS - Inaccessible website controls

Problem

A customer using a commercial website encounters controls (typically date picker controls).  

Resolution

JAWS is capable of interacting with Standard Windows Controls for date pickers.  Most likely the cause of the issue is due to the site developer choosing to use a custom third party control that is not accessible with JAWS.  Customers who encounter this problem should contact the developer of the website and point out that accessible controls are available and should be used in order to increase accessibility of their website.  Below is some information you can refer them to:
