Asus A509JA - Loss of Wi-Fi access after updates

Problem

The Asus A509JA laptop loses Wi-Fi capability with out warning.

Resolution

  • We have been made aware of a BIOS update pushed 22/05/2023 that has caused loss of Wi-Fi.
  • A customer must download or be sent the latest update driver and BIOS updates to install to fix the problem.
