JAWS - Causes black screen display

Problem

When JAWS is running as a published application in CITRIX you encounter a problem where it causes display of a screen black and empty window.

Resolution

To fix this problem please add the following parameter to the jfw.exe shortcut:
-DisableOverlay such as the example below:

C:\Program Files\Freedom Scientific\JAWS\2022\jfw.exe -DisableOverlay

If using a CITRIX Published App, this should be done on the path to run the published JAWS on the CITRIX server.
