BrailleSense 6 - Top panel keys not working
Problem
A BrailleSernse 6 use encounters a problem where none of the top panel keys including Perkins Braille input keys no longer operate.

Resolution
Please check the three-position lock switch at the left of the front panel. This can be used to lock out either just the top keys or both top panel and front panel keys. It has three states detailed below:
- Left = All keys and switches locked.
- Middle position = Top panel locked; front panel active.
- Right = unlocked
