BrailleSense U2 - Reset procedures

BrailleSense U2 - Reset procedures

Problem:

In the event the U2 stops ressponding or malfunctioning the two reset proecdures below may helpt to clear the problem.

Resolution:

Soft Reset

  1. Press and release the reset button on the back of the notetaker.
  2. The unit should soft start back into the operating system.

Hard Reset

  1. Press and hold Fast Forward button the front face of the unit.
  2. Whilst holding fast forward press and release the reset button on the back.
  3. Continue to hold Fast Forward button until you hear the brailleSense restart.
