Viewplus - Columbia: Invalid Data Received

Problem

You see an "Invalid Data Received" error as a Windows notification when trying to print from a ViewPlus Columbia embosser.

Solution

It is likely that the drivers and firmware are not matched and up to date. To correct the issue, iInstall the latest version of the Columbia firmware and driver from the ViewPlus website:
