K1000 - Configure to retain and view scaned images
Problem
You wish to be able to see images scanned K1000 has scanned for reading or OCR re-recognition.

Step one: Setting retention of images as default behaviour
- Press ALT+T to open the Settings menu.
- Down arrow to General and press ENTER to open the general settings window.
- Then press TAB to reach the Keep Images setting.
- Press down arrow to change this to Enabled.
- Then press ENTER to dismiss the window.
- Then press ALT+T to open Settings menu, and navigate down to Save Settings and press ENTER.
- Then when Save settings dialogue opens press ENTER on it.
Step two: Switching to image or split view
- Scan a document as usual so that text appears and can be spoken if you press F5 or allow K1000 to read the document.
- Then press CONTROL+W to switch to image view or press control+W again to switch to split view.
- Press F5 to resume reading, you will see K1000 highlight the sentence and current word as it is spoken.
