DBT – Unable to emboss from Microsoft Word using Swift
Problem
A Duxbury customer is unable to emboss directly from
Microsoft Word, or option to install Swift was declined at install.
Applies to
- Duxbury Braille Translator (DBT) for Windows
Resolution
- During installation of DBT software the swift component
is installed, this allows the customer to emboss a document from within Microsoft
Word. If Swift is not working you may
be able to fix this by re-installing DBT.
- If a DBT installation is version 12.2 sr1 or later a separate
compatible download for SWIFT is available. For further information please visit: https://www.duxburysystems.com/swift.asp
