Detail:
When a USB dongle is plugged into a PC JAWS/ZoomText/Fusion should automatically install the correct drivers to access the dongle license. However, if the dongle is installed before the Freedom Scientific product has been installed Windows installs a different set of drivers which will not allow the dongle to be properly detected by the operating system and therefore the Freedom Scientific product continues to run in demo mode.
