Download/Reinstall ReadDesk software for Mercury units

Problem:

ReadDesk software is not behaving correctly and may need reinstallation.

Resolution:

Use the links below to download the version required.

Installation notes
  1. The installer creates the entry ReadDesk Camera TE in the apps and features list. Running the updated installer will check for an installed copy and remove it, then install the new version.
  2. If after installation when you try to run it asks for Administrator access each time right click the ReadDesk iton and choose > Compatibility tab > Run as Administrator. Then click Apply and OK. This will cause the app to run as Administrator without prompts.
