Problem

After installing Dragon Pro you are prompted to activate the license.

Resolution

1. Start Dragon from the desktop icon.
2. Click the Dragon icon in the menu bar and select Help > Activate.
3. Dragon opens the Activation window then click “Next” to proceed.
4. Click “Serial Number” The Serial Number entered during installation appears on screen.
5. If blank enter the serial number and any other required information.
6. Click Activate Now. The wizard will then activate the license using an available internet connection.

If the activation process ends with a message that informs you that the license has been used to many times please call Sight and Sound support with your serial number on 01604 798 000 or email support@sightandsound.co.uk so we can assist.
