Microsoft - Extract installer from ZIP files

Problem

A user attempts to run an installer contained within needs has downloaded a software installer contained within a ZIP file.  If the installer is launched from within the ZIP file it may not function correctly.

Resolution

Please find below instructions to unpack the ZIP file into its own folder to run the software installer.
  1. Download the linked ZIP file.
  2. Open the folder containing the ZIP file download.
  3. Right click the ZIP file and choose Extract All in the context menu.
  4. Follow the on screen prompts to extract all to folder.
  5. Double click the installer and follow installation prompts.
