Echo 2 - Connection issues with Mac OS

Information

In a response to a support enquiry we were informed by the support team that there is a known issue with connecting the Echo 2 pen over Bluetooth with Macs running Ventura or Monterey operating systems.

Resolution

  • We have been provided a a workaround which are either of the following:
  • Use a cable connection (with your Mac) rather than Bluetooth.
  • Use the Echo 2 with the mobile app running on a smartphone.
