Emboss a text document from Microsoft Word

Information

Below a quick set of steps to emboss a text document from Microsoft Word.

Requirements

  • Instaslled copy of TSS software
  • A compatible Viewplus embosser

Resolution

  1. Open the document you wish to emboss.
  2. Then press ALT, Y2 then X in sequence to select “translate document” before embossing.
  3. Make sure there is paper loaded into the embosser and make sure it is online to accept the embossing job.
  4. Then press ALT, Y2 then P in sequence to select “Print/emboss” to emboss the document
