BrailleSense 6 - Entering uppercase characters

Problem

You wish to enter an uppercase character into HIMS BrailleSense 6.

Applies to

  1. BrailleSense 6 series notetakers
  2. Polaris series notetakers

Resolution

Please see the procedure for each Braille code below.

Computer Braille

Press space-U chord = for single uppercase letter
Press space-U chord twice for block uppercase (press space-U) to disengage blcok capitals).


UEB Braille

Press dot 6 preceding any letter to be entered as uppercase.
