Error “SD card does not exist” when trying to launch word processor.

Problem:

You are attempting to use an SD card with the QBraille XL Braille display but when entering the Notepad app you greeted with the error “SD card dos not exist”.

Resolution:

Here are some points to consider when troubleshooting this issue.
• Is an SD card present in the QBraille when you launch the Notepad application, if no SD card is inserted the Notepad app has nothing to save to and will immediately exit with the message “SD card does not exist”.
• What capacity is the SD card? The QBraille will accept cards up to 32GB inside, where this capacity is exceeded the unit will not be able to read the card even if it reads in other machines.
