Problem
When you try to send a message using the Kapsys SmartVision 2 phone the error "unfortunately messages has stopped" appears.
Resolution
- This problem may be caused by faulty information in the contact cards in the address book for a specific person you are trying to send a message to.
- To test if this may possibly be the reason check contact information and correct or try sending to another contact to see if the error persists. as a test and see if this works.
- If correcting the card allows sending the message or simply using another contact works this confirms the issue is the user data.
