Problem

A user experiences difficulty reading whilst in the official Facebook app on Smartvision 2 phone.

SmartVision 2 has now been replaced by the SmarrtVision 3 which has Android 11 installed.

Resolution

• Kapsys have stated that the last interface update in December 2020 has made changes that are not compatible with the screen reader that make the app incompatible.  The SmartVision 2 is no longer developed by Kapsys and therefore no update is availabel to fix the problem.
