SmartVision 2 - Facebook app is not read well
Problem
A user experiences difficulty reading whilst in the official Facebook app on Smartvision 2 phone.

Note
SmartVision 2 has now been replaced by the SmarrtVision 3 which has Android 11 installed.
Resolution
- Due to the age of the technology in the SmartVision 2 there is no resolution.
- Kapsys have stated that the last interface update in December 2020. Kapsys believe this last change has rendered the app incompatible with Smartphones running Android 6.0. Despite sending in many requests Facebook have not responded positively to resolve this.
