A USB driver is an important software component that allows a Focus or other hardware device to work with Microsoft Windows. This component must be installed before any third party screen reader will work with the Focus.
Resolution
Those customer who use a third party screen reader instead of JAWS will first need to download and install the USB drivers to make the Focus available to Windows.
