Freedom Scientific – Manual Uninstall of JAWS/ZoomText/Fusion product

Problem

You need to uninstall a Freedom Scientific product JAWS/ZoomText/Fusion in connection with a technical support problem.

Applies to

  1. JAWS/ZooomText/Fusion

Resolution

Please complete the steps below to completely remove a Freedom Scientific product.

Run application uninstaller

  1. Right click Start, then choose Installed Apps.
  2. Search for JAWS/ZoomText/Fusion or scroll to find the product in the list.
  3. Then click Uninstall button to begin uninstallation of the product, then follow the on screen instructions.


Remove Folders

Please remove each of the Freedom Scientific folders and their contents:

C:\program files (x86)\Freedom Scientific\*.*
C:\program files%\Freedom Scientific\*.*

%ProgramData%\Freedom Scientific
%AppData%\AppData\Freedom Scientific


Remove Windows Registry entries

  1. Open Registry editor then choose Search.
  2. Uncheck Values and Data checkboxes.
  3. Then search for and delete keys that match Freedom Scientific
