FS Auth - Sentinel Server Manual activation
Problem
A Freedom Scientific Network License product customer needs to activate their Sentinel License Server manually.
Application
Use the steps below if the connection is known to be firewalled/managed or when online activation generates an error regarding the internet connection.

- JAWS (Network License)
- ZoomText (Network License)
- Fusion (Network License)
Resolution
- Open Start > Freedom Scientific Network Authorization > Update Network Authorization.
- Then click Start Activation > Manual activation radio button, then Next button.
- Copy the Locking Code number into a Notepad document.
- Make sure to have the 20 digit ILM code for the network license also and copy/paste into tne “Authorisation number” edit box.
- Then go to: www.fsactivate.com and click Retrieve An Activation License Code based on your Authorization Number and Locking Code”.
- File out the 20 digit authorization code box, and copy the in the Locking Code number also.
- Then Submit button.
- Then copy the license code up and including the hash/number sign (#).
- Then paste License Code into the “Activation License Code” entry field in the Network Authorization wizard and click Next, then Finish buttons to complete authorization of the Network License server.
