FS Install – Restore ZoomText/Fusion default settings

Problem

The ZoomText/Fusion Settings have become corrupted causing software malfunction or operational difficulty.

  1. ZoomText/Fusion

Resolution

If the settings have become corrupted or causing ZoomText/Fusion to malfunction you can reset them back to defaults using the steps below.

Using a mouse

  1. Click the ZoomText/Fusion taskbar button to open the main window.
  2. Click ZoomText/Fusion menu, then select Configurations > Restore Factory Defaults.
  3. Then click Yes button to confirm the operation.

Using the keyboard

  1. Press Control+capslock+U to open the main window.
  2. Press ALT follow by Z for ZoomText or ALT followed by F to open the Fusion menu.
  3. Press UP/DOWN arrow to select Configurations, then press ENTER.
  4. Press UP/DOWN arrow to select Restore Factory Defaults, then press ENTER.
  5. When prompted press TAB to Yes button then ENTER to confirm the operation.
