Ginger - Microsoft Word for Mac OS add-in support missing

Problem

A customer does not find the Ginger Add in within Microsoft Word for Mac even though Ginger desktop app is installed.

Resolution

  1. Ginger state on their page that Microsoft Word add-in support is forthcoming but do not provide a release date:

  2. For now you can download Ginger Desktop and use the software directly on Mac OS.
