Problem
A customer does not find the Ginger Add in within Microsoft Word for Mac even though Ginger desktop app is installed.
Resolution
Ginger state on their page that Microsoft Word add-in support is forthcoming but do not provide a release date:

For now you can download
Ginger Desktop
and use the software directly on Mac OS.
