Hable One – Bluetooth pairing with IOS device

Problem

A customer needs to pair their Hable One with their IOS device.

Detail

The Hable One may be used with Apple iPhone and iPad devices running IOS.

Resolution

To pair the Hable One with your iPhone you will need to carry out the steps below.

  1. On the IOS device ensure that VoiceOver is enabled via Settings > Accessibility > VoiceOver or use the accessibility shortcut to start VoiceOver.
  2. Then enable Bluetooth by entering Settings > Bluetooth and double tap to enable the Bluetooth if not already enabled.
  3. Whilst holding Hable One in the correct position slide the power switch to the right.
  4. On the IOS device in Bluetooth settings use swipe gestures scan through the list of Bluetooth to navigate to "Hable One " then double tap to pair with the device.  Upon successful pairing you will notice Hable One vibrate again to indicate it is successfully paired.

If the “Hable One” is not shown in the Bluetooth device list initially, please power off and power on the Hable One
