The Everest has one sensor, but it is placed behind the embosser head. Compressed air should do the trick.
Index V4 paper feed/paper jam problems
Problem
A customer is experiencing a paper feed or paper jam issue with Index V4 embosser.
Affected products
- Index V4 Basic D
- Index Everest V4
Resolution
This problem may be due to the optical paper sensors being obscured (usually by paper debris).
Use a cotton duster to clean the sensors (indicated in red below) to resolve the problem.
