Index V5 - Update firmware online
Problem
An Index V5 embosser is connected to Wi-Fi and you want to update embosser firmwaree.
Resolution
- Press MENU on the control panel of the V5 embosser
- Press DOWN ARROW to User Service and press OK
- Press DOWN ARROW to Firmware update and press OK
- Then select Firmware upgrade from internet by pressing OK. The latest firmware will then be downloaded and installed the process will takes 1-10 minutes. Once update has completed the embosser will restart itself.
