This guide is for new customers unfamiliar with the process of installing Freedom Scientific BLV software products.

Once the order is completed customers are normally sent an email confirmation containing the following items:
Thje product serial number is used purely to identify the license. The 20 digit ILM authorisation code however can be thought of as a product key. For customers requesting a dongle license or authoirsation CD this will be sent to them.

Open the email confirming delivery of your product and do the following:
Please note that the offline insallers are quite large to download as they contain all the necessary components in the installer package.
Run the installer package and follow the instructions. You will be asked to restart after completing the installation.
Your product will run in demo mode until you authorise it. If you are a domestic customer using the automatic Internet activation procedure will normally be sufficient. If installing in a managed IT environment using the manual activation method below is highly recommended.
