The Kapsys SmartVision 2 allows for insertion of an optional micro SD card for user data. Below are instructions on how this can be installed by the user.  Users nay wish to install an SD card either to allow backup of phone data or to store music or other media without consuming main memory.

  1. Ensure that the unit is turned off before removing the back case.
  2. Turn phone over so back is facing you.
  3. Then run a finger along the left side panel of the phone in its current orientation until you find a small notch in the side of the case.
  4. User a fingernail on the notch to gently pry up the back panel.
  5. Work around the rest of the phone gently prying up the back panel to release the back panel clips.
  6. Remove the back panel and leave to one side.

  9. Orientate the SD card so that the metal contacts are facing down and the bottom lip is facing upwards and at the bottom of the card.
  10. Then grip the bottom lip of the card and gently align the card with the metal retainer at the top of the metal slot and gently slide it in.
  11. Then replace the back cover and battery, then power up the phone.
  12. When the phone is power on please selet Applications > File Manager, then press OK.
  13. Use the UP/DOWN ARROW kes to navigate down the information, it should display the presence of both internal storage and the newly fitted SD card.  If the card is not present switch off the phone and try re-seating the card.
