JAWS - Text colour and attributes not announced in Microsoft Outlook

Problem

A JAWS customer finds that when attempting to read or editing a message JAWS speaks 'Default on default' instead of the proper colour information when they press JAWSKey+5

Detail

The JAWSKey+number row 5 hotkey normally speaks the foreground and back text colour attrubutes,

Resolution

  1. This problem appears to be fixed in JAWS 2024.2403.3.
  2. This problem was submitted to Vispero and assigned bug ID number 126643.
