FS Auth - Dongle authorisation does not work on Windows ARM

Problem

When JAWS is launched on a the Windows ARM platform it fails to detect an attached dongle authorisation.

  1. JAWS/ZoomText/Fusion

 

Resolution

  1. Dongle authorisation is currently not support on Windows ARM platform due to lack of suitable drivers (November 2025).  ILM authorisation however is fully supported on Widnows ARM.  Using ILM authorisation with Windows ARM is fully supported.  Therefore customers are advised to use ILM authorisation on Windows ARM platform devices.
