JAWS/Fusion - Remote Access stops working after updating CITRIX
Problem
A customer presents with a Remote Access authorisation problem after it has been working for sometime over CITRIX but has recently stopped even though in About JAWS authorisation for Remote is showing.
Detail
When JAWS logs onto the Remote CITRIX resource speech stops and a message indicating JAWS is not authorised for remote access.
