Problem
A customer in an organisation needs to know the JAWS/Fusion Remote Access and networking ports to make necessary accommodations to allow traffic between client and server machines.
Resolution
- The following table shows the ports used by JAWS/Fusion for Remote Access and networking.
- For authorisation ports TCP 80, 20 and 21, UDP 5093 and 5094 and must be availablle.
- For Remote Access purposes bi-directional communication is needed over the stated ports.
- The Seamless Updates feature introduced in 2024 also take place over ports 80, 20 and 21
