JAWS - Test Microsoft Outlook in safe mode
Problem
A JAWS or ZoomText user is having problems using Outlook and you wish to test if running in safe mode helps.

Although JAWS is specifically referenced this techinique can be used for ZoomText/Fusion as well.
Resolution
Running Microsoft Outlook in safe mode is a useful troubleshooting technique that can help determine if certain add-ins or features may be disrupting access to the application.
- If Outlook is Open please close it.
- Then press WINDOWSkey+R to open the Run command.
- Then enter the following text on the line immediately below into the prompt and press ENTER:
outlook /safe
- After Outlook opens test for the problem condition to see if it is still present.
