K1000 - Audio spooler "abnormal termination" error

Problem

A K1000 user encounters a problem after having created an audio export job they receive the error "AudioSpooler.exe: Abnormal Program Termination" when K1000 starts up.

Resolution

This may be caused by data that has become corrupt or stuck in the audio spooler queu.

  1. Rename the following directories:.
C:\ProgramData\KESI\Output Audio\
C:\ProgramData\KESI\Pending Audio\

  1. After this try creating a new audio file.
