K1000 audio spooler "abnormal termination" error

Problem

On a system with K1000 installed you may see the error "AudioSpooler.exe: Abnormal Program Termination" when starting up.

Resolution

This may be caused by data that has become corrupt or stuck in the audio spooler queu.

  1. Rename the following directories:.
C:\ProgramData\KESI\Output Audio\
C:\ProgramData\KESI\Pending Audio\

  1. After this try creating a new audio file.
