Logs for Zoomtext Fusion remote

Problem

A customer using Fusion remote is having problems getting remote access working.  

Resolution

Please use the steps below to collect logs for Zoomtext Fusion queries. The procedure should be carried out for both the local and remote computers.

  1. Please navigate to the folder path below:
C:\Program Files\Freedom Scientific\ZoomText\2020\Support 	
  1. Then run the application "logmanUI.exe" in that folder.
  2. Set the logging level in the combo box to "verbose".
  3. Click the start logging button.
  4. Launch fusion on the Client.
  5. Launch fusion on the server.
  6. Use the steps carried out to reproduce the issue.
  7. Open the logman software and choose stop logging.
    A file will be created in the above mentioned directory with an ETL extension.
  8. Name each them so we can tell where the file came from client or server machine.
