Problem
A Windows 11 user needs to change the display scaling to fix a problem.

Resolution
The steps below may resolve one of the two scenarios detailed below:
- Where display scaling has been set top a value over 100 percent whcih may case problems with screen reader and magnifier products.
- Where the current scaling value does not allow some parts of the Windows interface to comfortably fit well onto the display.
Windows 11
- Click Start > Settings > System > Display > Scale.
- Then click Scale.
- Then enter the value 100 then click the button with the checkmark symbol.
- Then click the link Sign Out Now to confirm the changes.
- Then sign back in for the changes to be applied.
Windows 10
- Click Start > Settings > System > Display.
- Scroll down to the heading Scale And Layout.
- Then click the drop down labelled "Change the size of text , apps and other items" and adjust to 100%.
- Close apps and sign out and then back into Windows for the changes to take effect.
