Microsoft – Outlook message text in received messages too small


Problem

A customer when opening any emails in Microsoft Outlook finds the text to be too small even when they are using a magnification software product.


Resolution

Outlook has its own document zoom settings, it is possible these may need adjusting to get the text back to normal size for viewing.
  1. Open any email in Outlook.
  2. Then click Zoom button on the ribbon bar.
  3. Choose the Zoom level required or enter a percentage figure.
  4. Then click Remember My Preference.
  5. Then click OK button.
All emails will then display with the new Zoom setting.
