Microsoft – Outlook message text in received messages too small
Problem
A customer when opening any emails in Microsoft Outlook
finds the text to be too small even when they are using a magnification software product.
Resolution
Outlook has its own document zoom settings, it is possible these may need adjusting to get the text back to normal size for viewing.
- Open any email in Outlook.
- Then click Zoom button on the ribbon bar.
- Choose the Zoom level required or enter a percentage
figure.
- Then click Remember My Preference.
- Then click OK button.
All emails will then display with the new Zoom setting.
