Problem
A Microsoft OUtlook user encounters a problem where whre text appears to small whilst using a software magnification software product such as ZoomText or Windows Magnifier.

Resolution
Outlook has its own document zoom settings, it is possible these may need adjusting to get the text back to normal size for viewing.
- Open any email in Outlook.
- Then click Zoom button on the ribbon bar.
- Choose the Zoom level required or enter a percentage
figure.
- Then click Remember My Preference.
- Then click OK button.
All emails will then display with the new Zoom setting.
