Mindjet Mind Manager serial number formats

Problem

After installation the Mind Manager license key does not validate after entry.

Resolution

Please see below for product key format by version.

MindManager Windows 23

The format for the product key is always as below:
xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
Key consists of blocks of 8-4-4-4-12 characters which should be:

  • Letters (lower case only)
  • Numbers
  • Hyphens only as separators between each block.

License key format:

xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

(numbers, lower case letters and hyphens only)
