Problem

A MiniVision customer wishes to know what options are available during a call.

Resolution

1. Press MENU key during a call.
   
2. Press UP/DOWN arrow keys to select an option.
   
3. Press OK to select the highlighted option.
   

In call options:

1. Enable loudspeaker: toggles from earpiece to loudspeaker on (hands-free mode). To switch back to earpiece press Menu key, select "Disable loudspeaker" then press OK.
2. Mute: mutes the MiniVision microphone so your caller cannot hear you.
   
3. Add call: Puts other party on hold so you can select another contact to add to the call, use Up/down arrow keys to select the second contact in the list then press the OK key to start the new call.
