Problem

A Harpo Mountbatten Whisperer user attempting to pair to an iPhone or iPad via Bluetooth receives the error message:  "Not Connected"

Resolution

Please ensure that paper is loaded into the unit before atrtempting to connect via Bluetooth to avoid the "not connected" error message.
