Problem

Wireless is no longer functional and device manager shows the Intel AC 3165 adaptor with warning yellow triangle indicating a driver issue.

1. Medion Akoya E1503

Resolution

Run through these steps in sequence to fix the issue:

1. Remove/reinstall current driver using device manager and check to see if problem is fixed, if not continue to next step.
2. Download and reinstall the driver (steps below).
3. After restart run SFC repair.
4. Then immediately run a DISM restore health repair and then restart.
   
5. Check if problem is resolved now.

Driver download steps

1. Go to page for Intel AC 3165 wireless adaptor here: https://www.intel.co.uk/content/www/uk/en/products/sku/89450/intel-dual-band-wirelessac-3165/downloads.html
2. Then click the link "Windows® 10 and Windows 11* Wi-Fi Drivers for Intel® Wireless Adapters".
3. Then click the download link “View details” to get to the driver download page.
4. Then click the blue download button near the top of the page to download the latest driver.
5. When download is completed run the driver software and restart afterwards.
6. Then test that wireless connectivity is restored.
