Pro Study - Obtaining log files for Pro Study application

Problem

A Pro Study user is having problems with the installable version of Pro Study application and wish to gather application log files to help with resolving the probblem.

Note
Development of the installable Pro Study has ceassed sometime ago in favour of a web app which can be accessed within a browser.  Please log in with your browser to Pro-Study online for the most up to date experience.
  

The log files for Pro Study are kept under AppData file path:

C:\%AppData%\Local\Pro-Study\logs

To access the logs:

  1. Press Windows+R and enterr the following command and click "OK" button:
%AppData%
  1. Then open "Pro Study" and "Logs" folder.
  2. Copy any log files found and send to support.
