Openbook – deleting page from scanned document

Problem

When you scan a document, you may wish to delete pages from it you don't need. An example may be where there is a blank page or a duplicate page scanned in. You can delete entire pages from the document so that they do not break up the scanned text.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to the page that you wish to delete that is blank.
  2. Do one of the following:
  • Press CONTROL+DELETE to remove the blank page
  • Press ALT+E to open edit menu and choose “Delete current page” from the menu and press ENTER.

From here you can save your document as normal.
