Openbook – Installing Openbook 9.0 fails posting error with component FSOCR

Problem

When installing Openbook an error is posted installing FSOCR.

Resolution

• This problem may arise if the customer also has JAWS 18.0 or 2018 installed on the same system. In this case the FSOCR component is of a later version than originally supplied with Openbook and therefore the installer is unable to update it.
• To resolve the problem please remove JAWS 18.0 or 2018 from the computer system including shared components. Then reinstall Openbook to the system, that that is completed reinstall JAWS 18.0 or 2018 as appropriate.
