Information

Below are helpful tips for pairing the Sunuband with the smartphone app.

  • Verify that Bluetooth is activated, and the Sunu App has access to Bluetooth permissions. (You may verify this on Settings of the phone itself.)
  • If everything seems to be working correctly, be sure you press the Pair button on the app and the Home Button on the Sunu Band -They have got be touching pretty much-. If after this, this seems not to be working and you're not able to tell if the Sunu Band was paired through the app, please, go back to the settings to confirm if the Sunu band was paired or not.
  • If this does not work please unpair from the Unpair button and shortly after, remove the Sunu App from your phone and proceed with the install of the Sunu App all over again, sign in and try pairing your device once again.
  • If the issue persists, you need to try pairing the Sunu Band on a different device. If the Sunu Band does not pair with a phone we need to replace the unit. However, in most cases, it's the smartphone that's not compatible with the Sunu Band and not the other way around.
