  1. Uninstall Kurzweil 1000 through Windows Control Panel first.
  2. Restart the machine
  3. Delete the following directories:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Kurzweil Educational Systems

C:\Users\<winlogin>\AppData\Roaming\KESI
  1. Delete the following registry keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\KESI

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\KESI
