Polaris battery reset for charge issues

Problem:

The Polaris batterry does not seem to charge fully and sticks well below 100 percent even when left on charge for over eight hours.

Resolution

  1. Disconnect the AC adaptor and remove the battery from the Sense notetaker.
  2. Press the power button couple of times in order to discharge electric current on the circuit board.
  3. Connect to AC adaptor without the battery.
  4. Once the Sense notetaker is turned on, attach the battery and charge the battery for more than 8 hours.
