Polaris - Battery reset for charge issues
Problem:
The Polaris batterry does not seem to charge fully and sticks well below 100 percent even when left on charge for over eight hours.
Applies to
- Polaris
- Polaris Mini
Resolution
- Disconnect the AC adaptor and remove the battery from the Sense notetaker.
- Press the power button couple of times in order to discharge electric current on the circuit board.
- Connect to AC adaptor without the battery.
- Once the Sense notetaker is turned on, attach the battery and charge the battery for more than 8 hours.
