Pro Study - Activation and permissions (Mac OS)

Problem

After installing Pro Study on a Mac you are prompted to activate and set permissions for the application.

Resolution

  1. Start Pro Study from your applications folder.
  2. If Pro Study prompts you to enter your serial number. Please use the code you have been given and click “OK” and this should unlock the app for use.
  3. If Pro Study is asking for permission to access your Mac click on “Open System Preferences” button.
  4. Then click the padlock on the bottom left hand of the preferences window and enter your login password for your Mac.
  5. Then you should see that you have “Accessibility” in the left hand list highlighted.
  6. Scroll down the right hand list until you find “Pro Study” and then click the checkbox to the left so it is checked.
  7. If you don’t see Pro Study in this list click the + symbol at the bottom of the list and then click “Applications” in the sidebar and then select “Pro Study” then click “Open”. You should then be able to check “Pro Study” now.
