Resolution
The developers Pro Study have announced a major change to the way their software solution is offered to their customers. Below is there announcement with details of how it affects their users
Announcement
Pro-Study Online replaces the Windows and Mac versions. The Windows and Mac versions will no longer be updated and technical support will be limited so we would recommend moving over to the new online version sooner rather than later. The Chrome Extension has a couple of updates under review with Google which should be live by Monday. The extension will update automatically.
There are 3 parts to get students set up. The Chrome Extension needs installing, an account needs registering (by the user) and we would recommend making a web link on their desktop to the new online version. All these can be found on the main website.

Current users
All current users can migrate over to the new online version. They will want to make sure they have synced with their account first so all of their projects are available. They need to click 'Manage' and then 'Sync' on the main toolbar on either the Windows or Mac version to do this. If they haven't already done so they will need to register an account first.
Licence keys
Licence keys will continue to be used when registering an account by the user. Therefore your current batch of licence keys can still be used and we do not plan on changing this process going forward. FYI - one licence key allows for one account.
This new version has some great new features that we are sure your clients will love. With it being Web based all users will have access to the same features should they be on Windows, Mac, or Chrome book. Pro-Study Online should hopefully simplify the installation process and technical support for yourselves as well.
