Pro Study toolbar is greyed out and not functioning

Problem:

After luanching Pro Study on a Mac the toolbar appears but is greyed out and not functioning.

Resolution:

The problem could be systrem permissions which need to be set. If notification for this permission is missed then the lack of permissions may prevent the app running sufficiently.

  1. Open Apple menu and choose "System Preferences".
  2. Then in the main panel choose "Security" and then click the "Privacy" tab.
  3. Then click the padlock symbol and authorise yourself with the system.
  4. Then click "Accessibility" in the left hand list of permissions.
  5. Then on the right scroll and find "Pro Study" and check this option.
  6. If Pro Study is currently open close it and re-open it.
  7. The software should then post a dialogue to allow input of the license key.
  8. Enter the key above and that should activate the software for you.
